Positive: Too many times I have been promised hot water for shower, only to find out at the crack of dawn that there isn't. Perhaps it's my own fault for not insisting at time of check in, that they physically demonstrate how the system works. Despite that and the hard mattress (though it wasn't too uncomfortable) wasn't a bad place to recharge before heading into India.
